Don Toliver will bring the OCTANE Tour to Crypto.com Arena on June 29 with SahBabii, SoFaygo and CHASE B joining the Los Angeles date.
The run supports OCTANE, Toliver’s fifth album and a continuation of the melodic trap and R&B sound that has made his voice immediately recognizable. The project includes “Body,” “ATM,” “Call Back” and “Rendezvous” featuring Yeat.
OCTANE also extends Toliver’s collaborative world through appearances connected to artists including Rema, Travis Scott and Teezo Touchdown. Newer track “Excavator” adds to the material available for a show designed around momentum rather than long pauses.
The arena set should still leave room for older crowd favorites such as “No Idea,” “After Party,” “Lemonade,” “Private Landing,” “Bandit” and “No Pole.” SahBabii, SoFaygo and CHASE B make the full bill feel closer to a curated rap event than a conventional opener-and-headliner format.
For Los Angeles, the Crypto.com Arena date is the local opportunity to see OCTANE’s cinematic world translated from an album into lighting, video and large-scale staging.
